The last Sunday in March is a day of celebration in Aups.  At this time of year the olive is honoured.

The town is decorated with olive branches from the newly pruned olive trees.

Aups is one of the most beautiful French villages I have visited, oozing traditional French culture. Holidays and festivals in this village are not to be missed! The locals are always so friendly and are happy to explain traditions and involve you in their festivities. It is a town I love to return to!
